Meeting with serious and earnest friends, and together investigating the most challenging problems within and without each one of us — if possible, and in what manner, to bring about a fundamental change in one's mind, and so to the world.

A brief introduction

We want to change...and change to what? although most of us are unconscious of the necessity of change, without revolt /discontent, seems everything is good, really?....frustrations, suffering, sorrow, loneliness, fear always there, although somehow covered up in the conscious mind, and the world in antagonism, conflicts all the time, misery, chaotic, more devastating if next big war ......or to change outwardly? the center,  the "me" still there, although somehow expanded, more enclosed inwardly.....or the very "want" is the root problem? thought to change? from the known to the known. we see the tech world changes very fast, but all by thought - to be more clever, more efficient, competitive, more powerful, destructive, and more fears and anxiety in the meantime....mere economic or political changes can never solve human problems, just the reaction to the immediate or projected demands, and we see parties and nations constantly create more and more enemies, ideologies, fears, propogandas, with aid of new technology.... thought is the problem, isn't it? then, we ask how to change thought....."how"! vicious circle goes on and on. can there be a change, a fundamental revolution in thought? or change can only take place from the known to the unknown? that's the key question. we have to understand how we approach the problem, understand fear, thought, mind, aka self-knowledge. to see if thought can be put at the right place, suspend and end, for that unknown reality coming into being. then thought is out, the mind is still, choicelessly aware what is as it is, not what should be. out of such perception the creative, whole and integrated action can only take place. that's real meditation...

A chaotic world around and of each of us.
